The Anchorage

A home is so much more than shelter. It is where we feel safe, where we are cared for.

For adults with diverse abilities, it is also the anchor point to explore independence, choice and to build their own lives. That’s what The Anchorage, an affordable housing project in the Comox Valley, is all about!

Talk about it with family, friends and even strangers

Housing is good news and people will be interested.



Do you belong to a service group, church or club?

Often these groups have funds to give, or would consider doing a fundraiser on our behalf. If you need supporting information give us a call at (250) 334-8320 or email us at larchecomoxvalley.org

Come Up with a Personal Project

Circumnavigate Vancouver Island in a kayak, walk from Victoria to Port Hardy, knit 100 socks, bake pies, hold a garage sale and donate the proceeds to the project.



In lieu of payment, ask for a donation to L’Arche Comox Valley.



Give a Project Gift Card on behalf of a family or friend

Instead of purchasing gifts for family or friends, consider giving a “gift card” in their name. Just stop by the office or give us a call, name your amount and we will make it happen.


